"new'ish" to dev in general. I'm trying to wrap my head around ads with iOS. Curious as to how others are handling this.. I have the following setup..
AdMob account setup working with test AdUnits / banners on android with physical test devices which are added to my AdMobs account.
Setup AdUnit testing for iOS, have identifiers added to Info.plist.
On Google Play, I'm currently using internal testing which works and also have a build in test flight which works to invite external testers in Appstore Connect.
I do not want to get banned from adbmob and want to follow policy. Being new and my first app, how are people moving through the testing to release phases and flipping to production with Ads?
How do I get the IDFA from an iOS device manually to add as a test device?
In beta / "unreleased" testing how to handle this when I don't have access to the iOS device as my test user base expands via non public testing to not violate policy?
When / how to make the flip to production ads as optimistically, in the future, I will have continuous testing for new releases and live production builds in the wild?
How are others handling this? Hopefully that makes sense... Thanks in advance for any suggestions, thoughts, guidance, articles, etc.... Much appreciated.
