Using admob ads on widgets

Hello , 

I like to know about displaying banner ads and interstitial ads on widgets.  Is it ok ? is it prohibited by admob.

Hi Ayyo,

The Mobile Ads SDK requires a WebView for the ads to be displayed and currently widgets in Android only supports certain views and does not include the required WebView. Currently the SDK does not support the use of other views to display the ads.

is there any other to implement this? i mean like integrating in listview and showing listview in widget etc..?

Hi Yogendra,

In terms of technicality, the Mobile Ads SDK requires a WebView to be able to render its AdView and Widgets does'nt support this. So it would not be possible to do this currently.
