ads don't show up in my app please help

Hi i was using AdMob in my app but after my app geet removed by google my admob account limited serving ads in my apps,so I updated my app and get it back live to Google Play, and start monetizing my app with the admob account of my partner, but the ads don't show up, but when I test with test ad unites they work
my app package name:  com.suneai.aimusicmaker.sunosongsgenerator
my Admob publisher id: pub-2270463778472672
please what is the problem and how can I fix it
I've already add ads-text to my app

Hi,

We have tried running the Google sample app and able to load ads successfully. So tried running the same sample app with your package name and unable to load ads, with this i can confirm that there is something wrong with the account setup. I would recommend to check app-ads.txt file ​​​​​​​and reach out to product support team for further assistance.
