iOS 16 UIKit Core crash

We are seeing a lot of crashes only on iOS 16. From our logs it seems to be related to the closing of a full screen interstitial. I've posted an extract from the crash log below. Is anyone seeing anything similar or have any ideas how to fix/debug it?
