Rewarded Ad Test for a game in Beta/Alpha stage. (not showing)

Hello!

I got a problem with Rewarded Ad Test Unit Ad ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/5224354917.

Our game is in the Beta stage on Play Store. I realized that Video Ads are not working. Only text and pictures work well.

Is Beta release the reason for this problem? Or Unit Ad?

P.S. My game is developed in UE4.

Thanks for reaching out to support. Can you please share your Ad Unit Id for us to debug on our end? Also, can you confirm whether you were able to load ads with our Sample apps using your Ad Unit Id?

Please share your Ad Unit Id via "Reply Privately to Author" option.

Hi Vasile,

Thanks for sharing your Ad Unit Id privately. I was able to load live rewarded video ads with your Ad Unit Id without any issues using our Sample apps. It might be an issue with the third party software(UE4) that you are using. Try changing your Package name and see if you are able to load ads and if you are able to load ads with a different package name, you would have to contact AdMob Product Support Team. If that is not the case, please send us complete device logs (including the Ad events logs) when trying to load ads and we will look into it.

We would not be able to comment on any third party software implementations of our SDK. If you are able to load ads after changing your package name, please reach out to  AdMob Product Support Team and send your affected ad unit Ids and package name and they will assist you. If that is not the case, I would recommend that you reach out to UE4 team for further assistance.
