Could you please provide more details via “Reply to author” option for further investigation:
  • App ID
  • Ad Unit ID
  • Mobile Ads SDK Version

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are unable to load ads. Upon checking your account, I found that your account has a payment hold due to pin verification. Kindly refer to this article for better understanding of why the account has payment hold. Please let us know once you resolve the payment related issue so that we can further investigate the Android Ad loading issue.

Hi, 
I don't really understand what the problem is. I checked point by point all possible problems according to the article you sent me. My country is not subject to taxes. It’s too early for me to receive a PIN code, since I haven’t even earned $1, etc. Perhaps the problem is that I have not passed verification? (see screenshot).But I double-checked, went to the Ad Mobs Settings section, all the information about me is filled in there. Ad Mob did not request any data or documents from me. I'm confused, help me understand the root cause, I did everything that was required of me, filled out all the data.

Your concern is more related to the product rather than Mobile Ads SDK implementation. I would recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as they are better equipped to address your concern.

the problem is not the lack of verification. In other words, not on the side  Product Support Team. I received a response from product support that they would be able to verify after I had $10. Where do I need to find the reasons for the absence of advertising?

Hello,
I have carefully checked all your instructions and provided my personal details and photograph for verification on October 28th. Then I saw the information “Your identity verification is in progress. Please wait a few days for verification." But now, after 20 days, I also see the same notification in the “Payment” section. I see that “Your identity is being verified. Please wait a few days for verification."
20 days have passed, verification has been completed, what could be the problem?
I can't show ads because of this problem

Looking at the account for publisher 346209618, I do see requests in the daily active users report. From an SDK perspective, everything looks in order.
