Ad Manager - No ad to show error code 1.

I'm working on integrating ads into a mobile ios app using Ad Manager. I'm able to load the test interstitial ad and test rewarded video ad, but I can't get the ad unit id I was provided to work. I keep getting the error of "No ad to show" (error code 1). 

I tried to plug in the ad unit id I was provided into the example ios ad manager applications on your github and I seem to get the same error in those as well, though I'm not sure that plugging in my ad unit id into those would work without some other modifications on my end.

Thanks for sharing the Ad unit Ids. I was not able to load ads with the Ad unit Ids as well. Are you seeing any issues on your account with regards to these creatives? And, does these creatives have any mediation ad network? Can you please recheck the creative settings and see if you are able to load ads with our sample apps using your Ad unit Ids?

I'm Dan Buquicchio from the Warner Bros. Ad Operations team. I can confirm that we have Mediation Groups active for the Hot Hands iOS app utilizing the following ad unit IDs:

/55153744/ellen_hot_hands/rewarded_video

Our Yield Groups can be found within our GAM Network (55153744) here:

We're currently mediating AdX, AdColony, AppLovin, and Facebook. However, we're not seeing any delivery to these Mediation Groups. 

Kevin, can you please advise on Deepika's question in regards to loading ads within the sample apps?

Thanks for getting back to us. For the below ad unit Ids :

I tested your Ad unit Ids and I was able to load ads using our sample apps without any issues. This might be an Ad serving issue and you need to reachout to publisher support team for further assistance on this.

Hi guys,

I just compared the ad unit ids Dan provided with the ones that were being used in the application and noticed that they were not the same.

When I put in the ids provided by Dan I found that I was able to load ads in the application as expected.

There does seem to be an issue in the app with not being able to interact with the close button for interstitials, but regarding this specific topic the problem seems to be resolved.
