Hi Stefan,

Thank you for reaching out to us. First let me say that I have to remove the post as it shows personal information related to your account. I was able to look at the screenshots and would say that the issue appears to be that you have both of the buttons sitting over the ad. Which they will consider to be blocking it. We would suggest that they sit below or above the ad, and not sit on top of the adView container.

Hi there,

I updated the app to this:

When you are playing the game, and you collected all the coins. You see this screen:

IMG_7295.jpeg

When you tap on the green button (to see the rewarded ads). Then you get this screen:

IMG_7296.jpeg

The user can then tap on the X icon (from the Rewarded Ads) to close this panel, and will finally see this screen:

IMG_7297.jpeg

Here the user sees his complete time and can exit the game to come back to the first home screen of the Hello Office game.

Is this OK for the Rewarded Ads?

Kind regards,

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for the clarification of exactly what is being seen. In looking over the screenshots, it would appear that everything looks ok. The only question I would have is about the "Open" button, is this from the ad. Beyond that I see nothing that looks to be covering the ad. I would definitely suggest reaching back out to the Policy Team and ask exactly where in those images you are violating the policy? they should be able to give you more details as well as review to have the restriction lifted.

Hi there,

I did submit this update to the Apple Store, and then on the Admob website, I ask for a review of this policy again (because of the new update). But again, a few hours later I received an email from Admob that said the same issue -> "Rewarded Ads - Disallowed Rewarded Implementation".
And there is no email contact to that review employer, it is a default email with "nor...@google.com". And always the same default policy text with no explanation.

Yes, the "open" button that is from the Google Rewards ads, that opens the advertisement in the web browser.

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for the clarification. We do not see anything that from our end or even your end could be fixed. As it looks like you have nothing that is covering the ad. And the only thing in question is what we put over it. We would ask if it is possible to get a simple app that displays this ad or also a Charles log with the ad. At which time I will bring this to my team to look more into.

Hi there,

My Hello Office game is a simple app, and you can test it yourself from this public TestFlight URL:
Here are the steps to see the Rewards Ads.
1. Open the app by tapping on the icon
2. You see the intro that opens the elevator door
3. Tap on "Single player" button
4. Choose a level such as "TO T0038" "collect all the coins"
(the "walk" level do not have rewarded ads)
5. And tap on the green "Next" button
6. It loads the game level and you can play the game.
7. Now collect all the yellow coins, and it will automatically give you the end screen:

8. You see the number of collected coins, and tap on the green "View and Ad to receive 2X coins" button
9. Now you see a video ad is playing:
IMG_7305.jpeg
10. And the end of the video ad it show you this screen:
IMG_7306.jpeg

11. Now the user can choose to download the app from the Rewarded Ads. Or on the top left of your screen on the X icon. That is to close the ads and go to the home screen of the Hello Office game app.

Kind Regards,
Stefan

Hello Stefan,

Thank you for reaching out ot us.

I work with William and will be assisting you on this. As I checked your concern on this thread, you mentioned that you are encountering a policy issue in your rewarded ads. Kindly note that policy issues are being handled by our Product Support Team, and as long as you've followed our implementation guide, then your app should be fine in the implementation process. With that being said, we recommend raising this to them as they are better equipped in checking a possible solution to fix the policy issue you are encountering.

Hi there,

I did post it on the Google Admob help forum, see this post link:
However, there is still no reply to my post. And the Hello Office game app does not violate the "Rewarded Ads" policy, and I think the reviewer use the previous app version. So there must be an intern issue.
