Thank you for providing to us privately the Ad Unit Id in question as well as the device logs, however, the logs provided doesn't seem to contain the output logs from your app when you were trying to load the ads.
That said, I tried testing your Ad Unit Id with
our sample app and was able to successfully load Rewarded Video Ads on my end. Could you try the same with the sample app and see if the issue persists on your end?
Being that you were able to load ads at times and consistently display test ads, then the issue is most likely not specific to your code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. Could you make sure that you were able to
setup the Ad events and capture the output logs from your app so we can see if the Ad requests failed or if there are any errors encountered during those times that ads are not showing?
Also, if you can provide to us the
Charles logs (
here are the setup instructions) captured when issue was encountered, then this will really give us a better look on the issue.
