Is Admob supported in China?

According to some, Google Play Store is inaccessible in China. 

So are Admob ads still supported in China, when it comes to Android and iOS devices?

AdMob is certainly supported in China and our SDK is bundled and distributed via Firebase. Let us know if you need anything else.

Are you certain?

I have an iOS app running admob and over half of our downloads are from China. Yet when I look at a geo map in the AdMob console of where our earnings are coming from we haven't made a cent in China. Based off of our app analytics we almost certainly should be making more money from China than North America and Europe Combined.

Yes, AdMob is supported in China.This looks like a serving issue. Can you contact our AdMob Product Support team for this? Our team deals with only Mobile Ads SDK Technical queries.

Hi Deepika:

I have the same issue with more than 10,000 installs in China for my iOS apps during august with only 637 impressions which is almost nothing compared with more than 10,000 installs.

I have searched over the groups and there is no clear answer. 

The suggestion to contact your AdMob Product Support team has resulted several times in this reply:

"your query has been routed to a wrong department"

I think we all would be very grateful to get this clarified because we are giving our apps for free in China. No revenue.

We can only recommend that you contact our Product Support Team using the forms found by using the Contact Us button on the upper-right hand side of the AdMob Help Center as they are more equipped to handle any serving issues.

Hi there,

There may be a lot of factors in play that may have affected this which include, but are not limited to, any Ad Blockers installed on their devices, custom ROM installed or other Android variants that may prevent the SDK from pinging our servers. If you can provide us the device logs of the affected users, as well as some logs from Charles' Proxy (with SSL Proxying enabled), then these information may help us analyze the issue and further check it on our end.
