testAd not showing with error.

When i set banner then Admob return this message with error.

 Request Error: No ad to show.

A few day ago I did see TestBanner.

But now i don't see Any TestAd.

My using AdId is 'ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/2934735716'

How can i see the ad?
