Error 403 (Forbidden)!!1

When accessing https://apps.admob.com/ I have this error: "Error 403 (Forbidden)!!1". Does anyone facing the same problem with me?

This error happen after I transfer from Admob to "new Admob". Please help me. I don't know what happend here. How can I continue to access my admob dashboard?
