Implementing admob to a Unity project increases APK size by almost 50MB

After I imported Admob plugin to our unity project I noticed that the APK was quite a bit larger than previously so I decided to test it some more.

- Revert all changes and build -> APK size 120MB
- Import admob plugin and build -> APK size 125MB
- Implement a simple script that shows UMP consent form and initializes Admob and build -> APK size 167MB

How can the APK size increase that much? The script I implemented was copied from the official "Getting Started" guide.

We have tried running Google sample project with mentioned scenarios but unable to reproduce the issue. Kindly provide is sample project which replicates the issue for further investigation.

Thanks for the answer.

It is probably a bug with Unity since a clean build solves this problem. Using Unity 2021.3.30f1.
