Admob block my package ???

Hi every one, my app use admob a long time but in some day ago, my app didntshow admob ads although my app still live ,ads still active and I didn't receive any mail from admob . I try to add new ads id but nothing change. But when I changed package of my app, the ads came. I dont know why. Does my package of app block from admob. Please help me. Thank you so much.

Hi Luong,

Usually if changing to a new package name results in the ability to serve ads again, it indicates that your app might have been blocked by AdMob because of policy violations.  For this we recommend reaching out directly to the AdMob support team because our forum only handles technical MobileAds implementation issues.

But I dont have Issue Id because I didnt receive any email notification from Admob.

hello! our application com.komspek.battleme was by mistake added to 2 accounts

Now this bundle id is blocked (probably because of this issue with duplication)

Could you please help us to remove the app from one of the accounts (we can even agree on disabling of one of the admob accounts) and unban the app?

You will have to fill out the form via the Contact Us button on the upper right hand side of this page to contact our Product Support Team. If you are not able to access the link that I have provided then that could be because your AdMob account falls under this category (earning less than $25 a week). If that is the case, I would suggest that you use AdMob Help Center for further assistance.

Also, If you have any other issues in the future, I would suggest that you always open a new thread for your issue which will be easy for us to track.

I am looking for a solution for this as well. I have never used ads in my app before, even though it has been published since 4 years. So I am not sure how I am in violation of AdMob policy for them to disable ads on my app's package ID.

Como podemos saber se o nome do pacote está bloqueado? Coisa curiosa que acontece comigo é que admob mostra uma pequena quantidade de anúncios, no nome do pacote original já renomeando o pacote que normalmente mostra os anúncios.

If your app has any policy violations, AdMob Product Team will reachout to publishers via emails and publishers may also contact them via AdMob Help Forum for all Ad serving issues with the Package names and someone from the team will respond to the issues.
