I published an app to Apple appstore and ads were displayed. After 2 days everything stops to show.
When I run my app on test device that I defined in my account, I receive an error: no ads to show. I am sending test device id from the code as recommended.
Test ad (with test id) is displayed correctly. I checked everything in my account according to well known list, still no ads.Capture.PNG

Hi Victor,

Thank you for contacting Google AdMob support. I understand that you are having an issue with ads not showing in your app.

I have reviewed your case and I have a few suggestions that may help you troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check your account settings. Make sure that your account is active and that you have enabled ads for your app. You can check your account settings in the AdMob publisher dashboard.
  • Check your ad units. Make sure that your ad units are enabled and that they have a valid ad request ID. You can check your ad units in the AdMob publisher dashboard.
If the reported issue persists, kindly provide to us your App ID and Ad units for us to check your concern further.

Sorry if I reply twice,

I checked my account, I am not sure what does it mean "enable ads" and "enable ad units". Is there additional options to enable?
Ads were displayed, but suddenly stopped working.
In app status details I see status: ad serving enabled.
I have 2 apps, both of them don't show ads:
1. App id: ca-app-pub-0272131373964697~5802093929
Ad id: ca-app-pub-0272131373964697/5118162672

2. App id: ca-app-pub-0272131373964697~1097884352
Ad id: ca-app-pub-0272131373964697/9785012483

Hi Victor,

Thank you for your response.

We've checked your ad unit ids in our end, and we're able to encounter the no ads shown also in our sample app. This means that this behavior is more on the ad serving of your ad unit ids, which means that the ad request was successful, but no ad was returned due to lack of ad inventory. Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate / impression rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. With that, we recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team (https://support.google.com/admob/thread/new?hl=en) as they are better equipped to handle this. In addition to that, if you just recently update your app, it can take a few days for ads to appear in new/updated apps or ad units. If it helps, you may check this common reason why ads are not showing (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9469204?hl=en&sjid=1842154272713219170-AP).

For enable ads and enable ad units, when your app is already in the "Ready" status, your app will now be tagged as "Ad serving enabled" which means that it has completed the following review status (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/10564477?hl=en&sjid=1842154272713219170-AP) and now ready to serve ads. However, as mentioned above, the following no ads may be due to lack of ad inventory.
