Fake ad impressions, attack on the application

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, 2 weeks ago I launched my application, I received 91 installations and 50 active users. Until yesterday evening (February 21, 2020) everything was fine, I had 300-600 ad impressions and 5-30 cents a day. The number of active users corresponds to the number of ad impressions, the percentage of compliance is 100. The application was downloaded from 20 countries, and in the evening of February 21 I received a message from Google that advertising was limited.
In two hours, 10 thousand impressions were displayed, the percentage of correspondence was previously 100 percent, and now from the USA 10 thousand impressions and the percentage of correspondence were 5 percent. I immediately limited ad impressions to 1 impression for 5 minutes.
Today (February 22) I received 27 thousand ad impressions, but now from 4 countries (USA, Russia, Ukraine, Thailand), the percentage of compliance is 2 percent.
I have limited ad serving but still get weird metrics.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I was blocked ... By the evening of February 22, I had 50 thousand ad views with 100 users, a day ago I limited my ads to 1 by 5 minutes. it’s mathematically impossible to make 50 thousand views with so many users. Google sent me a message saying that I was blocked for 30 days due to the fact that I was watching ads. I did not even have a version of my application from the play market on my device. In addition, google displayed different statistics throughout the day, then he says that Great Britain made 15 thousand views, and after an hour Great Britain changes to Ukraine, then Indonesia with 5 thousand appears and after a while it becomes Russia. How does this happen?

Sorry to hear, but you won't get any help from google admob team. A google sdk team member will reply you like "this forum can't help, you need to contact admob support team ".

And you will never get a reply from the support team, yeah that's the fact, they don't even reply genuine issues. Here is my issue, don't get any

 help so stopped working.

Yes the official admob team is not ready to serve publisher.
IDK why admob sdk has team to handle publisher question.

I'm sorry to hear what happened to you. This is another case making me believe that using AdMob is like gambling. Whatever happens, it is ALWAYS the fault of the publisher and Google won't provide any help to you, besides links to the policies and an FAQ.

In you first post you were talking about some "percentage of compliance". Can you tell me where I can find that? Thanks.
