Hello!

I couldn't find an answer to my question. I want to continue to use
AdMob banners in my apps because I'm really satisfied with AdMob but I
want to use another ad formats in my apps too. I want to use
Notification ads provided from an other Ad Network and I want to ask
if it violates any rules or terms of service.

Thanks:
Nikoletta Muhari

Hello Nikoletta,

It does not violate the terms to mediate between multiple ad networks in general, but it is a violation if you show ads from multiple networks at the same time, or if you keep requesting AdMob ads while an AdView is hidden.

I would recommend using the Mediation solution to solve your problem.  Is the other ad network you want to mediate with one of the supported networks with AdMob Mediation?  If so, it's pretty straightforward to add their SDK and adapter and create a mediation placement.

If you want to use an ad network that is not already support by Mediation, I would recommend using a custom event to implement ads from that network.  By using a custom event, it will become part of the mediation flow.  This means you wouldn't have to worry about implementing the mediation logic, and you could allocate your request distribution server-side.

Cheers,
Eric

Dear Eric,
Thanks for your answer and the links. It's really helpful and
thorough. I will try out the Mediation solution.
Kind regards,
