Request: for each ad-network of Admob mediation, fill missing information about payments

Please, for each ad-network of mediation (here), indicate if we need to fill payment information, or that Admob handles it anyway for us.

Also please mention other things for each ad-network, even in general, as required/recommended steps to perform, such as handling app-ads.txt file and adding the ad-network to the "Custom ad partners" (here)

Talking with Applovin, for example, they told me that I do need to setup the payments there, and that Admob doesn't handle it for me.

I want to know which other ad-networks don't get handled.
