Unity - Internal Error 0 on Rewarded Ad Refresh

Hi Admob Team,

I've brought this up in the Discord as well but we're receiving an internal error whenever we try to refresh our Rewarded Ads.

The purpose of refreshing is to handle ads that become stale after one hour and to refresh ads after a user changes their privacy options settings for the UMP CMP SDK so that we remain compliant.

Our test case involes refreshing ads aver 5 minutes, the initial loading of ads works fine but they fail to load starting with the first refresh call.

I've tested this in the latest, Unity 6000.1.11f1 with the Mobile Ads SDK 10.3.0 in the Hello World Sample project provided on the official Admob Github (modified slightly to call an ad refresh as noted above) and the same issue is present there.
