Witch data collects the admob sdk when when the sdk hase the Child-directed setting

For my privacy policy, I would like to know what data the admob SDK collects from the user and where this information is stated. I use the Google Mobile Ads Unity Plugin v8.7.0 and use the Child-directed setting to show ads that are suitable for children.

All of the user data collected by Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. 

Information is not stated anywhere as of my knowledge, but the consent forms may provide what kind of user data the app is collecting.
