Dear AdMob Support Team,

Thank you for your response and for taking the time to review my application.

I understand that my app is currently not compliant with AdMob program policies. However, I have not received any detailed explanation or specific feedback regarding which exact policy or section my app may have violated.

To address this issue properly and ensure full compliance, I would kindly like to ask for clarification:

  • Could you please specify which particular policy or content area is currently considered non-compliant?

  • Are there any examples or screenshots that could help me identify and correct the issue more efficiently?

Since the initial restriction, I have carefully reviewed all AdMob and Google Play policies, updated my app multiple times, and removed or modified any potentially non-compliant content.
My app’s content is educational and fully respects Google’s guidelines. I am committed to maintaining a safe and policy-compliant environment for users and advertisers.

Understanding the exact reason for this restriction will help me make the necessary corrections immediately and request a proper review.

Please note that we have seen one more thread created for the same issue. I would suggest continuing communication to the Mobile Ads team on the one thread. 

After reviewing your AdMob account, we noticed that you submitted an app review request on November 1 and your app is currently in the “Getting Ready” status, which means it is under review. This process usually takes a few days to complete the evaluation. 
 
If you encounter the same issue again, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
