I waited for more than 1 month but admob app state is still 'getting ready'

I published my app rightly, and i did all things rightly at admob but still app state is "getting ready"

it has passed more than 1 month,  and i don't know what to do.

please help me T.T

cf. test admob is working well. and i put ad unit ID rightly!
