PIN verification error - account blocked

Hello, we had an issue with the address registered for the payments (it got truncated in a very strange way and we think that it was due to an issue with the form). 

Now our ads are disabled. 

We have been able to update the Address and request a new PIN, but we see that the Ads are still disabled! should we wait until the PIN will be sent or in the meantime the Ads will be enabled again?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With regard to your concern, I would suggest to wait for your Pin request since this might be one of the reasons why the ads are disabled. You may check this article also for more information for PIN. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.
