Issue with Clickthrough URL Behavior in Native Video Ads (External & In-App Browser)

Hi,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’re experiencing with the clickthrough behavior in video ads. Specifically:

1. Issue Description:
   When clicking on a video ad, the clickthrough URL opens in both the external browser and the in-app browser simultaneously.

2. Troubleshooting Attempts:

   • I reviewed the available documentation but couldn’t find any relevant settings or parameters to control this behavior.
   • I tested this in the sample app, and the same issue occurs.

3. Questions:

   • Are there any documented settings or configurations that influence the navigation behavior for clickthrough URLs in video ads?
   • Could this be a bug, or is there a specific setup required to handle this flow properly?

Hi Paulina,

I supposed there is no way to open google ad's URLs in-app browser. I just wondered how did you manage it?
