UnityAds adapter for Unity Ads 2.0

Hello,

is it possible to use UnityAds 2.0 with googleads-mobile-unity mediation?

Is the adapter outdated?

I get this error now:

Hi Oliver,

I was able to load ads using the latest UnityAd SDK and Adaptor. Can you send us a sample app that reproduces the issue? You must copy the UnityAd adaptor into Assets > Plugins > Android > GoogleMobileAds > libs folder and the UnityAd framework into Assets > Plugins > Android folder. 

Also, you are linking to a wrong repo for UnityAd SDK. Use this one: https://github.com/Applifier/unity-ads-sdk

You can get the Adaptor as well from this link.

no this repo is from old UnityAds 1.5.8 SDK. I need support for the new UnityAds 2.x SDK.

Let me update you with regards to our Adaptor supporting the latest UnityAd 2.x SDK soon. Even I was unable to load ads with the UnityAd Adaptor.

Finally get this thing working... Follow these steps

1) Download this file
https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/unity-ads-android/releases/download/2.0.2/unity-ads.zip
And copy the folder unity-ads into Assets > Plugins > Android
2) Download this file
https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/unity-ads-android/releases/download/2.0.2/unity-ads.aar
And copy into Assets > Plugins > Android
3) Download the Adaptor
https://dl.google.com/googleadmobadssdk/adapterunityandroid.zip
And copy into Assets > Plugins > Android > GoogleMobileAds > libs

Android works now, but on iOS I get this error from libAdapterUnity:

Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '+[UnityAds sharedInstance]: unrecognized selector sent to class

I'm wondering why Google Admob Ads SDK doesn't have a function to call the non-rewarded interstitial video?

It seems similar and more simple than handling rewarded video. It will be great if this feature supported, so we can conveniently handle several ad networks using admob sdk.

Just so I understand, you want to load full screen Video Interstitials that are not incentivized? We call them Interstitials and you learn all about it here.

So I noticed the adapter has been updated to support 2.0

But I can't get it to work..  I am upgrading from 1.5.8

The unity ads folder is in plugin/android/

The adapter is in plugin/android/googlemobileads/lib/

Basically, the same setup as before, but unity ads is not showing.

Anyone else having the same problem?
