Hi,

I have been using GoogleMobileAdsMediationTestSuite for Unity. When I tested Applovin, i got the success message. However, when i test Chartboost and Facebook Audience Network, it says:

"[GADMMediationNetworkViewController interstitial:didFailToReceiveAdWithError]: Request Error: No ad to show from all configured networks."
and
Shows "No Fill" for the latest test result.

I double checked it and everything is done as explained in the documentation provided in these links: https://developers.google.com/admob/unity/mediation/chartboost AND https://developers.google.com/admob/unity/mediation/facebook

What could be the problem?

Extra Info:
Test Device - Iphone 5S, ios 11.3
Chartboost  v7.2.0.0
Facebook Audience Network v4.28.1.1
Unity 5.6.3p4

Thanks for your help,
Hasan

Hi Hasan,

Please note that it is expected that, at times, there are no available ads for any of your Ad sources and this will throw a No fill error.

One way to test your mediation with other 3rd party Ad Network is to enable test mode on the Ad Network's side. You may follow this section for FAN and this section for Chartboost.

Let me know how it goes after trying those.

Hi,

I already did the test part of the integration for Chartboost and from Chartboost dashboard i get the confirmation. But for facebook, it still says "Waiting for integration" even if i did everything they expected.

Both I tried showing test ads and real ads but for Facebook, and Chartboost nothing shown. For Applovin, I get the ads. I attached my admob dashboard info.

You can see from the attachment that all integrated adapters have sent requests. Can I consider that requests as everything settled?

Thanks.
Hasan

Hi Hasan,

Thank you for getting back to us with more information.

It is indeed a logical assumption that if there are numbers appearing in the Requests metrics of the Ad Network, then you can say that your mediation setup for those Ad Networks are working correctly. It's possible that the other Ad sources (e.g. AdMob Network or Applovin) are just being favored more when pulling ads. You may try to set a higher eCPM for your preferred Ad Network to increase likelihood of pulling ads from that Ad Network instead.

If you wish for us to test on our end, you may provide to us the Ad Unit Id in question privately using the Reply privately to author option.

As for the "Waiting for integration" message appearing on the Facebook side, it's best that you raise this directly to their team as they can provide you more accurate information on this.
