Admob eCPM Floors + Match Rate/Show Rate change?

In the last 24 hours I'm noticing my ad units are now matching at 100% no matter what the eCPM floor is; although show rate is down.

Did Admob change any functionality recently that would impact eCPM floors, requests rate, match rates and show rates?
