Troubles with DoubleClick and GooglePlayServices on Android 2.3.x (Click not works)

I'm testing GooglePlayServices(GPS) with interstitials and DoubleClick (DFP), and I'm having troubles, interstitial is showed, but when I click on it, not launches webview with destination url:
It works perfectly on Android 4.1.2, but when I try the same APK on Android 2.3.6 (SamsunGalaxyS1), 2.3.5 (SamsungGalaxyS2) it not works. It also fails with third party ads (dfp) on banners.
I'm usign GPS Versión: 4323000
