Upon checking your sample app project, I was able to encounter the message "Cannot find an ad network adapter with the name(s): GADMAdapterFacebook" when using your ad unit id. However, when I've used our test ad unit id, I haven't encounter the message on the logs. Since this message is only showing when using your ad unit id, then the possible reason on this is that, there were no ads to be served from any of the networks in the mediation stack.
In addition to that, I've seen that you've encounter an ad serving limit in your account as well as a payment on hold. In order to maximize the chances of receiving ads from the AdMob SDK:

You may also check the discouraged banner implementation and the recommended banner implementation, to avoid invalid traffic in your application.
