Suspicious ads activity

Hello,

I've got two banners of advertising created for an app that has eventually never been published with those ids. Those ids are only used as a test from a test device (I know I have to use test-ads instead of real ones, but they didn't work property) and they have never been published or assigned to third parties, so I guess that I'm the only one allowed to access those ids from my test device. These tests were only made from two countries (Spain and France) a long time ago, in which there are a significant and comtrolled numbers of request from my side.

Acording to this datas, how is it possible that the admob statistics console shows recent activity from these banners in countries like Bangladesh, Germany, Canada, Malaysia, Tanzania... if I'm the only one who can access my device and I've never been to these countries or accessed these banners in months?

Recently admob got issues with windows phone ad serving and user unable able to click on ads, All admob developers lost money for about 3 days ,and admob push this issue aside ,not even forum moderators bother to say any anything on this issue thread while lot of developer positing questions.
So,don't wait for an answer for this kind of issue, nobody will respond .
