Thank you for providing the Ad Unit Id in question, however, I have to delete your initial post for it as Ad Unit Ids are considered as confidential information.
That said, I tested your Ad Unit Id with
our sample app and was able to successfully load Ads on my end. Could you test it on your end with our sample app and see if the issue persists?
Also, please note that it will take some time (around a few hours) before newly created Ad Unit Ids will be able to serve live ads successfully. However, you should be able to load test ads even with a newly created Ad Unit Id via
enabling a test device as this replaces your Ad Unit Id with our
sample Ad Unit Id.
On the other hand, could you check if your Limit Ad Tracking (go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising) is disabled because enabling it could cause the Rewarded Video Ads in iOS to not display.
