I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am experiencing with my app's AdMob integration. Despite having no policy violations as per the Policy Center and no ad serving limits, my app's match rate is nearly 0%, leading to a very low fill rate.

Here are the details of the problem:

  1. Match Rate Issue: The match rate for my app is consistently nearly 0%, which severely impacts the fill rate.
  2. Policy Compliance: I have checked the Policy Center in AdMob, and it shows no policy violations for my app.
  3. Ad Serving Limit: My AdMob account does not have any ad serving limits imposed.
  4. Support Contact Issue: When I attempt to contact AdMob support through the usual channels, I receive a "something went wrong" error, preventing me from getting the necessary help.

Given that my app is in compliance with AdMob policies and there are no ad serving limits, I am unable to understand the root cause of the low match rate and fill rate.

Could you please assist me in diagnosing and resolving this issue? Any guidance or steps I should follow to troubleshoot this problem would be greatly appreciated.
