Display the ad and handle the reward event callback not being called when i has viewed an ad in ios

Hi, i have an app that in development and that don't call the Display the ad and handle the reward event( userDidEarnRewardHandler:^{
                                  GADAdReward *reward =
                                      self.rewardedAd.adReward;
                                  // TODO: Reward the user! )  after i has successfully watched a rewarded video. any solution?

Based on what you have shown so far, I would suggest to check out this section of our documents. Thank you for your reply. I work along with William so let me assist you here. Please see my comments inline below:
 

1. we've looked at the document you sent us via the link, but however only the [ Display the ad and handle the reward event ] part won't run on our app.

• Could you kindly confirm what SDK version you are using here? I’m asking this because there's a difference on SDK version 7 and 8 when it comes to implementation of displaying and handling reward ads that you might need to consider. More information here. 

2. Also, what is the corresponding code for when the user watches an ad and cancels in the middle of the app? 

• I believe you are looking for GADFullScreenContentDelegate that handles callbacks when the ad is dismissed. Kindly refer here for details.

3. what is the sample app ? Do we need to provide you with one or do you have an sample app for us the use and send it to you?

• What my colleague requested is a sample project file from your end where the issue on reward event callback is not being called. It would be a big help if you could provide a sample project file to help us to investigate the issue. Kindly share this via "Reply to author" button.

Thank you for the response back. As for building a sample app, if you would like you can just take one of our samples here . And then add your implementation on top of it so as to not have to build something new or show your private work.
