"Request Error: No ad to show" when bundle identifier change

Hello

in my IOS project when I change the "bundle identifier", I have this "Request Error: No ad to show" error when the banner loads.

how do I correct that?

Thank you for contacting us. Could you provide us your Ad Unit ID along with the complete device logs, so I can take a look on my end? Please use Reply privately to author option to share the details. Could you please confirm if you're able to load ads on your end by testing with our sample apps, using your Ad Unit ID? Can you make sure that you disable the Limit Ad Tracking setting for the devices used for testing? Let me know how it goes.

for information, the ad is displayed on the simulator but not on my phone

Hi Marouan, 

Thank you for providing the Ad Unit IDs. I was able to load ads by testing your Ad Unit ID with our sample apps. Since you're receiving no ad to show when the Bundle Identifier is changed, this could be an issue with your Bundle ID. I'd suggest that you contact the AdMob Product Support team and provide them the new and old Bundle IDs, so they can take a look and resolve the issue. You can contact them via the Contact Us button on the upper right corner of this page or use this troubleshooter to submit a request.
