Ad Mediation Not Working

I followed the ad mediation quick start guide in the AdMob docs and I am just getting the red triangle warning with no specific error.  Does anyone know where I can get help for this, there seems to be no way to contact support, etc.

Hi Bryan,

Are you referring to this Help Center article for the Mediation quick start guide? Could you elaborate on which mediation steps are you having issues with? Also, could you provide to us a screen shot of the red triangle warning you are referring to?

However, if you are having issues setting up mediation in your AdMob dashboard, then it's best to contact the Product Support Team via this form as they are the appropriate team to assist you on any concerns specific to the AdMob dashboard. You may also contact them via the available Contact Us options found at the upper right hand corner of the AdMob Help Center.

I think I set it up correctly so I don’t know what is happening, here is the screenshot.  I wasn’t sure if this was going to the public group or to just google people.  If it is just google people I can send whatever detailed information you need.

Please note that if you wish to share something privately to our team, you may do so by using the Reply privately to author option.

That said, looking at your screenshot, it seems that you are having issues with your house ad campaign rather than setting up mediation. Since our team can only provide support specific to the Mobile Ads SDK, I suggest that you refer to this Help Center article for information about Campaign statuses or contact the Product Support Team via this form.
