How to contace Admob support?

This link to contact https://support.google.com/admob/troubleshooter/6069070#ts=6077344, does nothing. It simply shows a rectangle, with no way to contact. Screen shot : http://i.imgur.com/Ctp3HPR.png . I know this is not the place to ask for this, but I cannot find any place more suitable to report the issue.

You can contact the AdMob Product Support Team through the Contact Us button located on the upper-right hand side of the AdMob Help Center. Just select the appropriate categories that best describe your concern.

I see no contact us button located on the upper right hand side of the page at https://support.google.com/admob/?hl=en#topic=2740022 Screen shot : http://i.imgur.com/ZzyCNTq.png

In https://apps.admob.com/#home in upper right corner on clicking ? -> email-us . It takes me to the same page https://support.google.com/admob/troubleshooter/6069070#ts=6077344 , where clicking any category, shows only a rectangle bar, with no form, Pic : http://i.imgur.com/Ctp3HPR.png

You might be falling under this specific category of users which earns less than 25$ a week, as described in this blog post. However, have you contacted the Product Support Team before using the same account? 
If not, then the only way you could solve your issue is with the use of the AdMob Help Center and its available resources. You can let us know of your issue and we will try as much as we are able to assist you regarding your concern using the Help Center.

Hey Joshua,

Actually my app was suspended from play store for policy violation by mistake. during the suspension from play store, ads were served in the app by admob. But after the app was reinstated at play store, the admob was suspended due to the removal(I had to upload new apk).

control flow. App live -> suspended -> appeal -> reinstated, but showed status as removed on the publisher page -> upload new apk - > live

I appealed to reneable ad serving in the app, since app was reinstated.


I noticed 2 things

1. Amount for the period duing which app was suspended at play store, admob had reduced that amount from estimated earnings.

2. While the app was reinstated & live, and ad serving was disabled, my estimated earning decreased day by day.


So,

a. Since my app was reinstated without any changes, I am eligible for earning during which the app was suspded on play store, but ads were served.

b. Why the earnings kept on decreasing every day, after the app was resintated on play store but ad serving was disabled?

The decreased earnings may be due to the fact that ad serving is disabled, and as such, is not receiving any impressions or other statistical factors which affect revenue.
However, I cannot confirm this since this is more account and payment related than with our SDK. Since you have stated that you have already appealed to our Product Support Team, rest assured that they will respond to you as soon as they are able to resolve your concern.

Hello,

i need your support if it's possible,  my adsense account has been disabled for 30 days due to an invalid clicks by myself !! , anyway my question is , i cannot log into my Admob account and i get this message " You are currently signed in as **@gmail.com, which already has an AdMob account. SIGN IN WITH CURRENT ACCOUNT CREATE OR USE ANOTHER ACCOUNT
I have followed all the instructions i founded on their support url but still get the same message !

Is that due to my adsnse suspend ? do i need to wait the 30 days to get the situation resolved ?

where i can contact them ? thanks

Dear Ivan and Joshua! 
I hired an outsources last year and just now noticed, that I have a lot of ads in one of my apps, but all revenues goes to someone else's pocket. Could you please identify a thief, who use my app with his AdMob account?  

Or where I can raise this issue? It's really annoying and looks like google doesn't protect publishers like me, who were cheated by dishonest outsources.

Admob ecpm drop 90% to almost zero 0 Replies
In just a couple of days, my admob ECPM and revenues drop more than 95% to almost zero. ecpm drops from $4.6 to $0.06, revenue drop from $90+ to $15 today!!

The impressions and fill rates are in the same range. Actually impressions went up a little bit. How can impressions not changed, but revenue drop more than 95%?

No words from admob at all. They just don't care about our developers at all.

Please if anyone know about this issue just let me know what i do now this happen within 3 days

The link you've provided of "Product Support Team" is of "Google AdMob Help Community".
In my case, I want to contact policy team directly. I need to ask them what is exactly the issue. I've published the app multiple times with different changes because they keep rejecting it. No progress at all with this method.
