Can't verify my identity

I recently tried to submit a form of ID to verify my identity but they emailed me a few days later saying "we couldn't verify your ID". Now there doesn't appear to be an option to re-submit. and I can't find any way to contact admob support, their contact us page doesn't work. They ask me for a "payment number" which I don't know where to find.
