Hello Lei,

Thank you for sharing the requested information.

Upon testing all the ad unit ids you shared, it appears that it returns valid ads on my end and I was not able to encounter the error you are reporting. There's a chance that an ad was returned to the device that is requesting an ad, and in some instance, getting a no fill error which means that no ad returned by the ad server due to lack of ad inventory. This is a normal behavior of the SDK and the ad-server. Having said that, you may refer to the below article for more information. One possible reason highlighted there is that if your app or ad unit is new. If the behavior persist on your end, kindly share to us the below information.

  • affected device details (name and version)

Hi, I have the same problem, may I please send you the data too? The app ID and ad keys?
This game was just transferred to my account and the previous owner has set it as "Not My App" in Google AdMob and I have set it as my app in my AdMob but the ads aren't showing. Test ads work fine but real ads show this error:

This is why my Match Rate is extremely down as requests are received but ads don't show.
