However, they are the appropriate team who can help you around as this is more of an ad serving issue. What we can recommend for now is to wait for 2 to 3 hours before trying to resubmit your concern on the link provided.

I was able to see the email option. Here are my steps.
- Navigate to https://support.google.com/admob/gethelp?issue_description=contact+us
- In the first prompt click `other` and `next step`
- In the second prompt click `next step`
- The email option should be available.
Please make sure you try this while signed in to you AdMob associated google account.
