Admobs Contact us - only goes to community?

Google for real stop this what is this, telling me to contact support, the only thing i can do is go to community help, there is no way to contact google admobs support? Im getting sick of all the verifications etc you have WITHOUT any information or buttons to DO IT? 


Now i want to contact you about it, but i cant since you dont have a contact us, your contact us redirects to the community, this is so bullshit.

Please do note that account verification related concern is out of scope to our team. I'm afraid the best way to contact the Product Support team is still through the AdMob Help Center. I hope you get a response from them soon.

I tried clearing the cache which didn't help
Also, tried on different browsers and got the same error

I'm sorry to see that you're having troubles in contacting our Product Support Team. I understand that there is an urgency in your concern. However, they are the appropriate team who can help you around as this is more of an ad serving issue. What we can recommend for now is to wait for 2 to 3 hours before trying to resubmit your concern on the link provided.

Hi Riotman,

I work along with Princess. 

With regard to your concern, I'm afraid that our team does not have any control on the contact link for Product Support Team. What we can suggest for now is to wait for 2 to 3 hours before trying to resubmit your concern on the link provided. You may also try to opening it using incognito mode.

HI Teejay,

Does it work for you ? are you able to click on that "Email" without getting the error that I mentioned?
I believe the issue is a bug on your end - it's not something locally on my machine.
Tried from different computers and got the same error.

If it's a dead end and you aren't able to help me - please direct me to someone who can.
I'm not getting the support that I need.

Hi Nick,

I'm having the same problem now as Santi mentioned.
Previously the "contact us" button showed up but I got an error message when clicking on it - now I don't see the "contact us" button at all

Please fix the bug so we can contact the Admob team.
It's taking too long and we are not getting the support that we need.

Hi Roitman,

 

I was able to see the email option. Here are my steps.

 

- Navigate to https://support.google.com/admob/gethelp?issue_description=contact+us

- In the first prompt click `other` and `next step`

- In the second prompt click `next step`

- The email option should be available.

 

Please make sure you try this while signed in to you AdMob associated google account.

Let me know if you have any additional issues.

Hello all,

The member of Mobile Ads SDK Team pointed us to this thread as we are having the same problem as Marcello Câmara has for the past 7 days now, getting the same error when pressing the "Submit" button.
To share our problem with others we will describe briefly our problem. For some reason, ads stopped serving on our app that is live for almost 2 years and has almost 500k downloads. Everything is fine with our account, there are no policy violations, nothing. We are trying to reach AdMob support but the email form just doesn't work and there is no support from them on the Community page.

We can see the Email button but the contact form is not opening by saying Something went wrong.

I have the same issue, there is no way to contact support. So i see that has been going on for a year now? may be take off the email option if it doesn't exist.
