AdMob stopped serving ads after 3 days

For 3 days I successfully used 2 banner ads on admob on my iOS 15.2 app on the latest SDK. They stopped showing with error code 1(Request Error: No ad to show) . I've tried everything: adding app-ads.txt, adding test device, etc. Demo Test Ads work, but that is all. I believe my account has a shadow ban. Any help or a way to contact AdMob is appreciated

Hi Sid,

Thank you for providing the requested information privately.

Upon checking your ad unit id in our Sample App iOS for banner, I wasn't able to get ads on it. You can check the common reason for ads not showing as this might help you to trim down the reasons why the ads are not showing in your ad unit id. But, we recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as they are equipped in handling ad-serving concerns.
