Completely stopped showing a whole type of advertising - APP INSTALL ADS

Hello!

We are the developers of the popular app. with a large audience.
We have no violations in the Policy center

We have completely stopped showing a whole type of advertising - APP INSTALL ADS
Although the rest of the ad is still showing.
It has disappeared from all advertising formats that we have installed (Native and Interstitial)
In the statistics of any announcement of this format (APP INSTALL ADS) in the Ad Review Center, you can see that it stopped showing on the 18th and to this day 0 impressions.
For example, I’ll give you a lot of such type ads. Attached a clear screenshot:

I see them in any other applications, but not in ours.
Although on the 17th, they were also safely displayed.

We also noticed that none of the returned native ads (except for the test one) GADUnifiedNativeAd contains video content (nativeAd.mediaContent.hasVideoContent == false).
The video is contained only in test advertising (when we install testDeviceIdentifiers), it accordingly displays normally, which makes it possible that everything is set up correctly for us.
We do not understand how the implementation can affect the fact that not a single returned advertisement contains video content.
 
After this happened, our income decreased by about 40%.
We have a serious problem. We won’t be able to develop further if this type of application-oriented application installation (APP INSTALL ADS) is not returned.
We ask you to help us! We do not know what to do?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us. However, it appears that your concern is more of an ad serving issue rather than anything specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. With this, I would recommend contacting your Account Manager from Google(If you're assigned one) or If you do not have one, you can post your concern in the AdMob Help Forum. The product specialist there would be able to assist and provide a better insight regarding this.
