"No ad to show" with Ad Manager

Hello -- I am stuck trying to validate that my ios integration works with a real ad manager ad unit.  Everything works fine with the test ad unit.  I am not able to get my ad unit to load in the AdManagerBannerExample either.

Below is the log from the example app and the code.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please share your Ad unit Id for us to take a look? Is this a newly created Ad unit Id? Have your tired the test Ad unit Id in your app? 

You can use "Reply Privately to Author" option to share the details privately.

Hello Nayan,

Thanks for sharing your Ad unit Id. Since you mentioned that you were able to load test ads on your end then it is safe to assume that you SDK code implementation is correct. This seems to be purely an Ad serving issue with the creative and I would suggest that you reachout to Google Ad Manager Help Forum  and they will be able to help you out. That said, I was not able to load Ads with that Ad unit Id as well.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please note that I have masked the Ad unit Ids as you have posted them on public forum. If you want to share your Ad unit Ids with us in furture, please use "Reply Privately to Author" option. That said, I was able to load ads with your Ad unit Id without any issues using our sample apps.  Have you tried your Ad unit Ids with our sample apps? Please note that if you have made any recent changes to your account, I would suggest that you wait for few hours and try to load ads again. And, please send us your complete device logs so that we can check what error code is being triggered in the logs.

I was able to load ads with test Ad unit id using sample apps. But with my Ad unit Ids, i am not able to load any ads at all. And my account is just approved 3 hours ago.
Let me attach my logo - it says that 'No ad to show.'

Hello there,

As your account is newly approved, it might be the reason for "No Ad to show" error. My suggestion would be to wait few more hours and try again as the newly created Ad unit Ids might take sometime to start serving Ads. Could you also confirm us if you're loading the ads by turning of the Limit Ad Tracking settings in the device? Please share the Charles Proxy logs with SSL Proxy enabled, it will help us troubleshoot the issue further. You can refer to this Help Center Article on how to properly set it up. You can reply back via Reply privately to author option.
