Cant build when updating unity admob plugin from 7.4.1 to 8.3.0

Hi.

Just updated Google mobile ads from 7.4.1 to 8.3.0 because of the big amount of crashes that were experiencing Samsung users when watching an ad.

Fixed the code to run new methods and delegates and tried building it but cant because of gradle errors.

Using Unity 2020.3.30f1 and Google mobile ads 8.3.0

Errors:

-Deprecated Gradle features were used in this build, making it incompatible with Gradle 7.0.

-Could not load custom lint check jar file C:\Users\xagu02\.gradle\caches\transforms-2\files-2.1\e7f41ae8dd95d68f769f532e0b597149\jetified-startup-runtime-1.1.1\jars\lint.jar
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/android/tools/lint/client/api/Vendor

-Could not load custom lint check jar file C:\Users\xagu02\.gradle\caches\transforms-2\files-2.1\b48512c54890a80c26c3be0d274d89b0\jetified-annotation-experimental-1.3.0\jars\lint.jar
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: androidx/annotation/experimental/lint/ExperimentalIssueRegistry has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0
