Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I deleted your previous post because it contains sensitive information such as your Ad Unit Id. Please avoid from posting such information on public forums.

Below is the copy of your original post with the masked Unit Ad IDs and package name.

Hello

I have a game which I've uploaded a couple of days ago to google store : (to the alpha channel)
Currently - It's not using production banner id. It's using the test banner ""ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/6300978111"

But here are my real AD unit ID :

 *  ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx ( banner)
 *  ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx (Interstitial)

The problem is that I get the exact log message as this guy :https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/google-admob-ads-sdk/0lGrcekHtZU

And here is my log : LOG

My package  name is : "org.royinamir.playwithpinky"

It's a game for kids and I do  have the payments section alright ( I guess-  https://i.imgur.com/5XqfrHJ.jpg)

Can you kindly check if the account is blocked or a setting is missing , which is why I don't see ads maybe  ?

Also i've just made an experiment:
I've created in development ,a new empty blank app and used test id banner and it worked. Then  - I only changed the packageid to "org.royinamir.playwithpinky" - and NO ADS were shown.

so I guess there's something wrong with
"org.royinamir.playwithpinky".

Can you please check ?
It's really frustrating that I don't know what is the problem.

Regards,
Steven Balan

Hi there,

I have tested two scenarios on my end using our sample apps. First, I have tried to load Ads using your Ad Unit Id and our package/bundle Id (com.google.android.gms.example.bannerexample and com.google.android.gms.example.interstitialexample), and I was able to load both Banner and Interstitial Ads. Second, I didn't change anything aside from the package/bundle Id and change it into "org.royinamir.playwithpinky", and I also successfully displayed Banner and Interstitial Ads. With that said, it is safe to say that there's nothing wrong with your Ad Unit Id neither with your package/bundle Id.

Since I was able to load Ads using your Ad Unit Id, then, it is possible that there are just no available Ads on your end when you tried to load Ads on those moments. With that said, you may opt to mediate to supported 3rd party Ad Networks to increase your Ad inventory and possibly help lessen the occurrences of No Fills.

In addition, please note that using bundle id that is not yet published in the Play Store may affect the fill rate of your app.
