Reward Videos Ad-Error 0

Hi,
I have created a new android ad unit for Reward Videos in Admob portal. I am still getting error "0" even after 24 hours of creating it. i have added test device as well. I have attached screenshot of the logs. I have tested it with debug & release build.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. There are a number of factors that could result to the Error Code 0 or Internal Error.

For us to test on our end, could you provide to us privately the Rewarded Ad Unit Id/s in question using Reply privately to author option?

On the other hand, could you test the following on your end to help us narrow down the root cause of the issue?

Hi,

Thank you for providing your Ad Unit Id privately.

I tested your Ad Unit Id with our sample app and I also failed to load ads on my end. Upon further checking, this is more of an Ad serving concern rather than anything specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. That said, for further assistance on this, please use this troubleshooter or reach out to the Product Support Team.

Additionally, based on previous experiences by other publishers, Ads are not serving on their end because they haven't set up their payment information or PIN verification yet. Please check these items on your end and see if they are applicable to you.
