Hi Generic, Thank you for reaching out to us. Let me do the best I can to assist you in this. With regard to your concern, it's an expected behavior that you will not see any activeview / viewability pings when you try to load a native ad with a custom native format. The SDK doesn't have reference to the custom template ad view, and doesn't have active view monitoring on the ad view. However, if the custom template ad has media view, it should have active view monitoring since the media view is still rendered by the SDK. I never set up any device as a test device in the first place. Further, when the app was live in the store it seemed to display real, non-test banner ads but my rewarded ads were clearly in test mode with the label in everything. I am using the Unity editor with the SDK. By any chance does Unity automatically configure it in test mode? I cannot understand why else it would happen. Hi all, We're having an issue since we added the AdColony adapter to our iOS app. We followed the iOS instructions (both CocoaPods and manual). When we start AdMob, it sits for about 30s then reports back that the AdColony adapter "Not Ready. Operation Timed Out". The AdMob adapter reports "Ready". I didn't see this anywhere else so I'm wondering if there is more configuration we need to do? Would this be an issue on AdColony's side or with the adapter code? Thanks for any suggestions or insight! Cheers, Scott |

Hi William, I have 3 apps. Two iOS and one Android. All three no longer show test ads but real ads show ok. The Android one and one of the iOS apps have had no code changes for months. So I think this must be something at my account level. What do you think? Regards Peter On Monday, 20 September 2021 at 22:42:27 UTC+1 mobileadssdk wrote: |

Hi, guys We add Tapjoy as the bidding ad source, and we followed the instruction step by step, here is the developer guide, https://developers.google.com/admob/android/mediation/tapjoy. However, when we use admob medition test suite to test Tapjoy ads, it shows adapter initialization status was not ready. We tried Android Studio integration and Manual integration, it always shows adapter is not ready. You may see from the screenshoot. [image: tapjoy adapter.jpg] Could you help us find out where we did wrong? Thanks in advance. Best, Zoe |

I am trying to implement facebook bidding in Admob Mediation using GoogleMobileAds-native.unitypackage. However, when MobileAds.Initialize() is called, Applovin, Admob, and AdColony adapters are normally ready, but only the Facebook adapter is not ready. Even when I check the status through TestSuite, only Facebook's Adapter Initialization Status is not Ready. Is there any way to solve this?? [image: KakaoTalk_20210923_184913061.jpg] |
Mobile Ads SDK Forum Advisor <mobile...@forumsupport.google>: Sep 24 06:47AM
Hi Syu, I could see that you're using a quite old version of the mediation adapter. Could you kindly update to the latest version, then let me know how it goes? Regards, Teejay Wennie Pimentel Mobile Ads SDK Team ref:_00D1U1174p._5004Q2OTgxg:ref |
syu <adgjl...@gmail.com>: Sep 24 01:17AM -0700
If you update Facebook Mediation Adapter to the latest version (3.4.0), After the build, the app shuts down before it even runs. When I check the log, 'Error Unity AndroidJavaException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Failed resolution of: Lcom/google/android/gms/ads/InterstitialAd;' An error occurs. We are using Native Advertisement and Mediation integrated. Because GoogleMobileAds-native.unitypackage uses com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:19.5.0 Adapter version compatible with this version was used. Do you have any other workaround?? Hi Teejay, May I know if you install the APK by simulator or devices? Would you please install it by device, since it cannot be installed by simulator. I'm sorry that it's kind of complicated to share the project file with you, because the APK is developed by Adobe AIR, you'll need to install many other programs. Thank you so much.
