Is it ok to request and destroy admob banner several times in unity?

Im tring to make game have level selection like angry bird.

I was tring to use native ads but that does not support anymore so Im tring to use banner like native.

after the game is finished the banner will be requested and show about 10 second and destroyed

this will happen multiple time during game play

is it ok to use banner like this way?

Thank you for contacting us. Banner ads are image or text ads that occupy a spot within the app's layout usually at the bottom or at the top of the screen. Based on your use case, if you're trying to load ads after the game is finished, I'd suggest that you use Interstitial ads instead of Banner ads. You may refer to our implementation guidelines below:

Hi my question is almost identical so I thought I'll just response here. What I'm trying to do in my case is request a banner ad each time I go to the menu scene and then destroy it when the user leave the menu scene. Would this be alright? I know I can hide or show it but I read in other forums that doing showing/hiding will only show the same ad over and over again.

Hello, 

Thank you for contacting us. When you're finished showing the Banner ad, it is recommended that you destroy view by calling bannerView.destroy() before dropping reference to the object. This indicates that the object is no longer in use and the memory is retained. You can always request a new ad while navigating to the main view. You may refer to this guide for more information.
