IOS app displaying blank Ad space from Google AdX

Hi 

In our IOS App, we found that some of the ad slots are showing blank ad slots randomly and the ads are coming from Google AdX or 3rd party buyers ( Because we can see the below ad information from debug information, We are not sure what is happening, please advise.

The blank ad issues in your application might be caused due to ad serving issues.Do refer Resolve common onboarding issues, Resources to troubleshoot ads not showing articles for further assistance on the issue.

AdMob ads not showing troubleshooter might help you to figure out the issue. Kindly share the following information via "Reply to author" option for further information:

• App ID
• ad unit ID
• SDK version being used.
• Error logs that you have encountered.
