I'm working on a Unity mobile app and I recently implemented Google AdMob rewarded video ads. My app is currently in Open Beta testing, so real users may watch rewarded video ads.
The test ads and Android production ads work just fine, however, when my iOS users on the Testflight build request an ad it will
always fail to load.
I tried pretty much everything I can think of but even after hours of research, I could not find a solution for this problem. I would just like to know if the production ads work and can be served before I publish the app on iOS. I am aware that I'm supposed to use test ads for testing, and I do - but as far as I know, my Beta users are allowed to see real ads. Why isn't it working for any of them?
