Request Error: No ad to show.

I have tried everything to get past this error. I have no clue why this is happening

1-Already have apps-ads.txt
2-Already This setting is transparent
3- I  have traffic every day, I think a minimum 300-500 requests every day
The test ads works perfectly, and real ads were working first 3 days without problem as well

As I told, the ads were shown the first few days, and everything was done and ready

But last 5 days I have “ request error No ad to show “ problem, which suddenly happened, and have no policy problem.

• app ID
• ad unit ID
• Mobile Ads SDK Version

So that we will review your AdMob account and let you know why ads aren’t showing.
